If you have any specific requests or concerns regarding your hair, such as thinning, breakage or hair length, please inform me in advance. This allows me to prepare and cater to your needs to the best of my abilities. Your hair must be 4 inches all around. This means if you have shorter hair in some areas, that portion has to be 4 inches as well. If you are at all concerned about length, please have an in person consultation. If you book with these issues present and I can’t service you 100% of the service fee will apply.

When choosing a service, I ask you to choose the option that genuinely matches your preference. Please avoid booking a service solely based on its availability and expect to be serviced for a different option. i request your cooperation in honoring the time frames allocated for appointments, as they are scheduled back-to-back. If you plan to add hair to your braids, make your booking under the 'Feed-In' section. In the event that you book for the wrong service and choose not to proceed with the appointment, a full fee will be charged.

Please understand that scheduling your appointment on a day when your schedule is clear is essential to ensure a seamless experience. I kindly request that you avoid booking during your lunch break or if you anticipate needing to leave at a specific time close to your appointment.

While I make every effort to adhere to the schedule, occasional delays may occur. If I am running behind schedule, I will inform you promptly. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as I strive to provide the best service possible.

In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, i may need to make adjustments to ensure that other clients' appointments are not compromised. In such cases, I will do my best to accommodate you with the remaining time available. This means we may have to change the style requested. If you’d like to just reschedule, full payment for the style booked will be charge to the credit card on file before booking your next appointment.

I kindly request that you arrive at our salon with clean, oil-free hair, ready to be braided. To achieve the desired outcome, I ask that you refrain from applying any hair products or having existing braids in your hair prior to your appointment. The wash and blow dry service is a separate offering that requires dedicated time and attention. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE BRAID SERVICE. Please book this service under wash and blowout. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation and full charge of service.
